First short term goal: CCC
1st 5k in 2013: 56:48 walking
Goal: Run 5k (dont have a time figured out yet)
First Short term goal: Shave 6 minutes off walking time, which also beats PB
Another goal: Get better at cycling, stair climbing (so I can do the Fight for Air), and possibly trail running/walking
