Another 1.5 miles for MS Awarness.  Mom, the kids and i had a good time going for a walk and playing Pokémon Go.  Only 1.1 more miles to go

So i think im addicted to US Road Running.  I added about 11 more 5k/challenges.  Heres a picture of 3 of them (breast cancer is already done)

MS awarness

Started getting out there and doing my MS awarness.  My friend is throwing a Jamberry fundraiser for MS. So i figured this was a good time to work on it.  I half 1/2 mile in already.

2 new races

So i guess im going for beast mode at US riad running.  I need to register for 50 qualify 5ks...im at like 30 i think.

Haunted House 5k

The haunted house 5k got completed while on vacation.  In about 3 different parts.  Mammoth Spring State Park, Salem City Park, Dawt Mill and Trick or Treating.  It was a longer walk again 2:13:19.  But I was spending time with family and I can't do time when with family.
