January's Goals/Years Goals.
So here are my goals for January:
To drink more water and less soda, eat out less, walk a minimum of 6 miles a week, start counting carbs again.
Goals for the full year:
to register for my first half marathon (looking at September, great way to celebrate my son's 1st birthday), to walk the Appalachian Trail (2,184 miles) if not more.
I can't wait to see how I do, and now we'll see who will help keep me accountable.
